Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed and ready to be shipped within 1-1.5 weeks upon receipt of payment. Please keep in mind orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Please note: due to the increased order volume and carrier constraints during holidays and special events, please anticipate a longer processing and shipping time than usual during those times.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free express shipping on all orders. Once your order is dispatched, it typically takes 3-9 days to arrive at your door.
Please bear in mind that the world has moved to online shopping since COVID-19, and delivery delays can occasionally occur. It is also important to be aware that shipping and delivery is beyond our direct control.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Upon shipment of your order, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your active tracking number(s). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become operational.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Neon Icons cannot be held accountable for any customs duties or taxes applicable to your order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer, encompassing tariffs, taxes, and related charges. While we strive to assist in resolving these matters, our aim is to ensure transparency and avoid unexpected additional expenses.
Shipping Damage
Neon Icons will not be held liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping and delivery. Kindly retain all packaging materials and the damaged items prior to initiating a claim. Additionally, ensure to capture and save photos and videos as evidence.
If your order arrives damaged, please promptly contact the shipment carrier within 3 days to initiate a claim. Following the claim, kindly reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing the shipping claim number along with photographic and video evidence. Once we receive this information, we will swiftly arrange for the return, repair, and re-shipment of your item at no additional cost to you!
